Tuttnauer Bulk Sterilizers

 

FEATURES:
Available in automatic horizontal sliding and hinged automatic doors.
The inner shell, door(s) and jacket are designed for a working   pressure of 50 psig and full vacuum.
Double wall Vessel construction with chamber, dimpled jacket and   reinforcing members constructed of 316L stainless steel and insulated.
Process valves are pneumatically operated piston valves which   provide self cleaning, leak free operation with five times less maintenance than ordinary electrically operated solenoid valves.

BENEFITS:
All Tuttnauer autoclaves are ASME approved and rated safety valves.
All Tuttnauer autoclaves come equipped with a chamber drain cooling system to ensure that all effluent going to the drain is below 140°F, in accordance with National Plumbing Code.
The sterilizer can be supplied with doors at one or both ends, either manually or automatically operated. The automatic sliding door’s movement stops automatically if it encounters an obstruction.

STANDARDS:
The Sterilizer is UL approved and meets the requirements of:
1. ASME Code- Section I and VIII, Division 1 for pressure vessels.
2. German Standards AD Merkblaetter/ TUV.
3. National Plumbing Code.
4. NFPA requirements for electrical systems
5. Seismic requirements per title 24 Division T-17 of part 6 of the California Administration Code.
6. Russian MOH Registration Certificate No. 96/ 850
